Media neutral content creation
The workflow platform ensures that you can prepare content medium neutrally with the help of files and a multichannel editor. Copywriters, photographers, editors and designers work together to create, edit and design stories for all media channels.
“All our editors, designers and regular photographers now work in the platform and freelancers submit their pieces in it,” says Rini Oerlemans, IT manager at Audax Publishing. †This is an enormous progress, because in the past the editors preferred to work in Word and PDF and then put together articles with cut-and-paste work. Due to the intensive and committed collaboration with Qonqord, this new platform ensures structured work processes and a seamless workflow in which everyone can work together efficiently†
The collaboration with Qonqord is not new. Audax Publishing has been working with Qonqord to great satisfaction for many years. Rini: “When the need arose at Audax Publishing to be able to work location- and platform-independent, it was nice to do this project together with Qonqord again”. The advantages quickly became apparent during the demos of the WoodWing multichannel publishing software. And Audax decided to get started with Qonqord’s content creation platform. Qonqord has helped us excellently in setting up the entire process, whereby their specialists always proactively thought along with us, they know the publishing world and their processes like no other. For example, we are currently also looking at how we can use the platform for our retail formulas.”
The platform great advantage while working from home
An additional wish of Audax was to no longer install this solution on location, but in the cloud. The platform is hosted and managed by Qonqord.
“In this corona period, that turns out to be a major advantage of the platform that Qonqord offers us!”, says Rini.
