As a helpdesk employee, you and your colleagues are involved in solving application and IT problems for our customers. Our customers are media companies and brands that use our workflow solutions. These are based on software from Adobe and WoodWing, among others, and are hosted in Amazon.
As a helpdesk employee you will speak to customers and help them solve questions and problems with the software. You will be supported in this by our service team, which consists of application and IT specialists who together provide second-line support. You use our helpdesk ticket system in which we manage questions, solutions and response time.
We ensure that you are trained in the various applications and platforms that we use for our customers and the supporting software we use for this.

You have at least a completed HBO education in ICT. You enjoy assisting customers on a daily basis in solving questions from key users.
